When the mental load of motherhood is weighing you down and you’re constantly beating yourself up about your daily parenting choices, it’s time to reset and find yourself again.

It’s time to stop being your biggest critic and start becoming your biggest cheerleader. As we work together, you will connect with your strengths, find balance in motherhood, and learn how to embrace the motherhood you want to have.

Hi, I’m Megan! Therapist, mom of two, and mom mental health cheerleader.

Welcome to the mama mental health party!

Welcome to the mama mental health party!

A little about me… I received my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Westmont College in Santa Barbara and my Masters degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy from California State University, Fresno. I’ve been a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist since 2018 and became a mom in 2019.

Becoming a mom was the most wonderful and most difficult thing I ever experienced. After battling with my own postpartum anxiety, I realized how important it is to talk about our experiences and connect with others. I have received advanced trainings in perinatal mental health and have continued to educate myself outside of that as well.
